Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDEM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,711 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, Endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, and Cellular response to unfolded protein. Each is linked with EDEM2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM2-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM2 results are reported.
