EDEM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDEM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYDC2, REG3G, and SMR3A. Each is linked with EDEM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM2-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYDC2 grouped by EDEM2-low versus EDEM2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDEM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDEM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
