EDEM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDEM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,617 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, ARHGAP45, and FMNL1. Each is linked with EDEM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM1-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EDEM1 versus MYO1F in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
