EDEM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDEM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-174P, RN7SKP132, and RNU4-45P. Each is linked with EDEM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM1-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-174P grouped by EDEM1-low versus EDEM1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
