EDEM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDEM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with EDEM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM1-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by EDEM1-low versus EDEM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
