Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDEM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,710 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, Regulation of retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, and Regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with EDEM1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM1-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM1 results are reported.
