EDEM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDEM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDEM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6B, USP14, and SLC5A5. Each is linked with EDEM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDEM1-to-partner and partner-to-EDEM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNRC6B grouped by EDEM1-low versus EDEM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDEM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDEM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
