Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-b-II_pS660, Smad3, and Src_pY527. Each is linked with EDC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDC3-to-partner and partner-to-EDC3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-b-II_pS660 grouped by EDC3-low versus EDC3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
