Across TCGA cell cohorts, EDC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,132 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Deadenylation-independent decapping of nuclear-transcribed mRNA, and Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with EDC3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDC3-to-partner and partner-to-EDC3 results are reported.
