EDARADD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EDARADD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,126 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EDARADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6816, ZNHIT3, and PIEZO2. Each is linked with EDARADD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EDARADD-to-partner and partner-to-EDARADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EDARADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→EDARADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
