ECT2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECT2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,170 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECT2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDM1_T515, CROCC, and PKM. Each is linked with ECT2L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECT2L-to-partner and partner-to-ECT2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECT2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECT2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
