ECT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,411 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, GINS1, and MCM4. Each is linked with ECT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECT2-to-partner and partner-to-ECT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECT2 versus CENPM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
