ECSIT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECSIT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 502 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECSIT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNN2P10, MIR8070, and LINC01202. Each is linked with ECSIT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECSIT-to-partner and partner-to-ECSIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNN2P10 grouped by ECSIT-low versus ECSIT-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECSIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECSIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
