ECSIT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECSIT mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECSIT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP, MPP, and Macrophages. Each is linked with ECSIT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECSIT-to-partner and partner-to-ECSIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMP grouped by ECSIT-low versus ECSIT-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECSIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECSIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
