ECRG4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,338 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECRG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BGN, RPL5, and LTBP2. Each is linked with ECRG4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECRG4-to-partner and partner-to-ECRG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECRG4 versus BGN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
