ECRG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECRG4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECRG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, mTOR_pS2448, and NDRG1_pT346. Each is linked with ECRG4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECRG4-to-partner and partner-to-ECRG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by ECRG4-low versus ECRG4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
