ECM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,079 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, SFRP4, and COL1A1. Each is linked with ECM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECM2-to-partner and partner-to-ECM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECM2 versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
