ECM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, S6_pS240_S244, and VHL. Each is linked with ECM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECM2-to-partner and partner-to-ECM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by ECM2-low versus ECM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
