Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ECM1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ECM1P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ECM1P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ECM1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KICH show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and HNSC are the cancer types where ECM1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
