ECM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ECM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8J2, ARL1, and EIF3M. Each is linked with ECM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECM1-to-partner and partner-to-ECM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8J2 grouped by ECM1-low versus ECM1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
