Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECHS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ECHS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL83P, RNU6-4P, and RPS24P1. Each is linked with ECHS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECHS1-to-partner and partner-to-ECHS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL83P grouped by ECHS1-low versus ECHS1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECHS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECHS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
