Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ECHDC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ECHDC3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ECHDC3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ECHDC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and ACC are the cancer types where ECHDC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
