ECHDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECHDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,465 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECHDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEBPB, DDAH1, and DLG3. Each is linked with ECHDC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-ECHDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECHDC2 versus CEBPB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECHDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECHDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
