ECHDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECHDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,493 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECHDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YEATS2, UBE2S, and FOXM1. Each is linked with ECHDC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-ECHDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECHDC2 versus YEATS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECHDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECHDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
