ECHDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECHDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,250 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECHDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-78P, RNA5SP295, and MIR128-1. Each is linked with ECHDC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECHDC2-to-partner and partner-to-ECHDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-78P grouped by ECHDC2-low versus ECHDC2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECHDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECHDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
