ECHDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECHDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECHDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL32P1, RNU6-805P, and MIR597. Each is linked with ECHDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECHDC1-to-partner and partner-to-ECHDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL32P1 grouped by ECHDC1-low versus ECHDC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECHDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECHDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
