ECH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,483 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, UBA2, and PAK4. Each is linked with ECH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECH1-to-partner and partner-to-ECH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ECH1 versus PPP1R18 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
