Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,257 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3K, MED29, and CATSPERG. Each is linked with ECH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECH1-to-partner and partner-to-ECH1 results are reported.
