ECH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1216P, ALDH7A1P2, and RNA5SP243. Each is linked with ECH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECH1-to-partner and partner-to-ECH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1216P grouped by ECH1-low versus ECH1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
