Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, Lck, and p27. Each is linked with ECH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECH1-to-partner and partner-to-ECH1 results are reported.
