ECEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPN, CENPH, and SKA1. Each is linked with ECEL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECEL1-to-partner and partner-to-ECEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPN grouped by ECEL1-low versus ECEL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
