ECEL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ECEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT47A6, USP17L13, and USP17L17. Each is linked with ECEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECEL1-to-partner and partner-to-ECEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CT47A6 grouped by ECEL1-low versus ECEL1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ECEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ECEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
