Across TCGA patient cohorts, ECE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ECE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and Gab2. Each is linked with ECE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ECE1-to-partner and partner-to-ECE1 results are reported.
