Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, EBP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated EBP data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher EBP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated EBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where EBP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
