EBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 252 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP397, TRAJ5, and RNU6-129P. Each is linked with EBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBP-to-partner and partner-to-EBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP397 grouped by EBP-low versus EBP-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
