Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, EBLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,831 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EBLN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKTR, ASB14, and FNBP4. Each is linked with EBLN2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-EBLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EBLN2 versus NKTR in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
