Across TCGA cell cohorts, EBLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,239 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EBLN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Negative regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with EBLN2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBLN2-to-partner and partner-to-EBLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule polymerization grouped by EBLN2-low versus EBLN2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
