EBF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRIP1, IGHD5-5, and OR2AI1P. Each is linked with EBF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBF4-to-partner and partner-to-EBF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRIP1 grouped by EBF4-low versus EBF4-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
