EBF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EBF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 236 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF3, C1orf141, and IQCF2. Each is linked with EBF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBF4-to-partner and partner-to-EBF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF3 grouped by EBF4-low versus EBF4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
