EBF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,756 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRPEL1, SLBP, and CHEK1. Each is linked with EBF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBF3-to-partner and partner-to-EBF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRPEL1 grouped by EBF3-low versus EBF3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
