EBF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EBF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETDB, SSX7, and GC. Each is linked with EBF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBF3-to-partner and partner-to-EBF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETDB grouped by EBF3-low versus EBF3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
