EBF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,150 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML3, BGN, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with EBF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBF1-to-partner and partner-to-EBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, EBF1 versus OLFML3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
