Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Shc_pY317, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with EBF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBF1-to-partner and partner-to-EBF1 results are reported.
