EBF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, EBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 313 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNTL5, GH2, and OR1M1. Each is linked with EBF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBF1-to-partner and partner-to-EBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNTL5 grouped by EBF1-low versus EBF1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
