Across TCGA patient cohorts, EBAG9P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,154 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible EBAG9P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Peptidyl-lysine acetylation. Each is linked with EBAG9P1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EBAG9P1-to-partner and partner-to-EBAG9P1 results are reported.
