EAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, EAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible EAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-14P, MIR1238, and RANP7. Each is linked with EAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both EAF1-to-partner and partner-to-EAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-14P grouped by EAF1-low versus EAF1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (EAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→EAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
