E4F1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, E4F1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E4F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRIP2, IER3IP1, and GTF2A2. Each is linked with E4F1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E4F1-to-partner and partner-to-E4F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STRIP2 grouped by E4F1-low versus E4F1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E4F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→E4F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
