E4F1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, E4F1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible E4F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13H1, TMCO5A, and EPPIN. Each is linked with E4F1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E4F1-to-partner and partner-to-E4F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13H1 grouped by E4F1-low versus E4F1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E4F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→E4F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
