Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, E2F8 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,004 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible E2F8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH9, INSRR, and TMEM131. Each is linked with E2F8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both E2F8-to-partner and partner-to-E2F8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH9 grouped by E2F8-low versus E2F8-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (E2F8→partner) and Y-score (partner→E2F8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
