Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, E2F6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated E2F6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher E2F6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated E2F6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, COAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where E2F6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
